- You make the final decision on which mobile plan or provider to choose. Pro Mobile does not enroll you in any plan on your behalf.
- Mobile plan pricing, availability, and promotions can change at any time. We recommend verifying all details directly with the carrier before signing up.

- We do not guarantee specific savings amounts or that any particular deal will be available when you choose to act on our advice.

Pro Mobile is fully independent and has no affiliation, partnership, authorization, or business relationship with Rogers, Bell, Telus, Freedom Mobile, Videotron, SaskTel, Eastlink, or any other Canadian mobile network provider. We receive no commissions or incentives from any carrier.

- Payment for consultancy services, if applicable, is handled securely outside of this website. This website does not process payments.
- We will never ask for payment information, banking details, or credit card numbers through this website or our contact form.
- Payment methods and instructions will be provided during our direct consultation process.

- Due to the nature of consultancy work, no refunds will be issued once a consultation has been delivered.
- Where applicable under consumer protection law, a 24-hour cooling-off period may apply from the time of payment. Please contact us promptly if you wish to cancel within this window.
- If we are unable to deliver the agreed service, a full refund will be provided.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
If you are located in another Canadian province, consumer protection laws of your province may also apply.
